First Name Basis is a small business proudly Owned and operated by Amanda Click, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Charleston with over fifteen years in the restaurant industry.

Custom-built from the ground up in Charleston, SC, the teardrop trailer has been serving the Lowcountry since 2017. We have the ability to execute a special evening for an intimate gathering to a large scale wedding, and everything in between. The beauty of our business is that we travel to where ever the party takes us, as we are strictly mobile.
